Mel G. MacPhee - Optometric Physician

Cascade Vision Center is the office of Dr. Mel MacPhee. He began practicing optometry in 1983 after graduating from Pacific University College of Optometry, Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. MacPhee was awarded Honors in Clinical Procedures and has received specialized training in infant and pediatric care.

Dr. MacPhee and his wife Tammy live in Gresham with their children and enjoy church activities, watersports, and camping.

Kelly Obrist - Office Manager

Kelly is our friendly and helpful office manager. She can answer your questions about insurance, help you select frames, and make those adjustments or repairs that keep your glasses feeling just right. She was raised in Gresham and is a graduate of Eastern Oregon University with a business management degree. Kelly and her husband Brian live in Sandy and enjoy church activities, sports, and photography.
